The Lafayette Library and Learning Center Foundation (LLLCF) is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public benefit corporation created for the principal purpose of establishing and supporting the construction, operations, programs, funding and other business of the Lafayette Library and Learning Center

The Glenn Seaborg Learning Consortium is a partnership of 12 Bay Area premier education, science and arts institutions that offer to the East Bay community a calendar of programs and special events and is managed and administered by the Lafayette Library and Learning Center Foundation

The LLLCF is responsible for funding a OVER 50% of annualized operating costs—to expand library hours, fund the Glenn Seaborg Learning Consortium and community programming, additional collection materials and maintenance and operations.
