Designed for: High School (Grades 9-12), Middle School (Grades 6-8), Teens (12-17)

A Lafayette Fall Makerfest Workshop Program: Learn to build and program a working Arduino Rover. (Your Own Smart Car)

This is a three day class (Monday-Wednesday) that meets in the library’s Tech Lab from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

– Attendance to all three classes is required.
– Parents must sign a waiver / release before student can participate.
– A personal Laptop is required.

Participants should have some experience with computer programming and electronics. *Students will purchase all the parts needed ($40 Fee) to build and program their rover and will be able to take them home at the completion of class.

* A limited number of scholarships are available for students in need of financial support.
