AARP Tax Help

IRS-certified AARP Tax-Aide volunteers will provide free federal and state tax preparation for low to moderate-income residents. This service is offered to people of all ages, with special attention to those aged 50 and older. You do not have to be an AARP member to receive assistance.

One appointment per tax return can be scheduled, and married couples must come together.

Volunteers CANNOT assist with filing taxes involving complex situations, including:

* Rental income

* Self-employment with net loss or business use of home

* Digital assets
