Psychedelics, Sensory Processing & Altered Perception of Touch

How do we feel touch?  How do we understand differences in how others experience touch? Can your experience of touch be altered? If so, how would this change impact your life?

Touch is essential for everyone of every age group. It’s necessary for children during development and it’s an important component of intimacy  and closeness in adulthood. We experience the world, in part, through our sense of touch. Any disruptions to our ability to feel touch can be incredibly detrimental to our everyday life.
