About the Event
Rachel Dutton collaborates widely with chefs and cheesemakers including Dan Felder, head of research and development at Momfuku, to develop new fermentation procedures to be used in food. Rachel will be joined by Market Hall's head cheesemonger, Juliana Uruburu, to discuss the art and science of cheesemaking. Guests will have the opportunity to sample cheese from local cheesemakers Nicosia Creamery and Pt. Reyes Farmstead.
