Join Janice Peacock, Vice Chair of the Lafayette Public Art Committee, as she presents an overview of Lafayette’s public art collection – from its outdoor sculptures to the Lafayette Library’s exceptional art on display inside the Library. A resident of Lafayette for 32 years, Janice is an author, instructor, and artist working in the medium of glass whose work is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Glass in Tacoma and the Corning Museum of Glass. With her decade of experience on the Public Art Committee, Janice brings unique insights into how public art enhances civic spaces and provides opportunities for reflection and discourse.
